Our friends at ENERGYLAB Triathlon are holding some free training rides to help you get ready for the Great Brisbane Bike Ride and Coot-tha Challenge!
Sunday 28 April
Option 1 – 6am – 7am Simpson Falls Car Park – Mt. Coot-tha
(cnr of Simpsons Rd and Sir Samuel Griffith Dr)
The session will consist of two laps of Mt Coot-tha and is designed for 75km and 110km riders taking on the Coot-tha Challenge.
Option 2 – 7am – 8am Simpson Falls Car Park – Mt. Coot-tha
(cnr of Simpsons Rd and Sir Samuel Griffith Dr).
The session will consist of a lap of Mt Coot-tha and is designed for riders who would like coaching on climbing and descending Mt Coot-tha.
Option 3 – 9am-10am North side of Gateway Bridge Bike Path
Eagle Farm (Lavarack Ave).
Open to all riders where the focus will be climbing and descending the Gateway Bridge Bike Path.
These sessions are free, but spaces are limited and bookings are required.
